ActiveSync Manager and Constant disk access

Anybody ever notice that if you're running ActiveSync (4.1)  on your machine that your harddrive is constantly churning? My Dell has a new 7200 rpm SATA drive in it and this drive is fairly noisy in that you hear every disk access rather clearly.   With ActiveSync installed more than once a second the harddrive works – constantly. After digging out FileMon and looking at what's happening I found that RAPIMgr – the Remote Access server to a mobile device – hits the disk...
