Vista RC1 and SmartPhone Sync

I have a Cingular 2125 SmartPhone and ever since installing Vista RC1 (actually 5536 pre-RC1) the phone hasn’t been recognized and hasn’t synced.  In Vista Beta 2 I was able to sync my SmartPhone but for some odd reason in RC1 Vista doesn’t seem to recognize my phone as a syncable device. I can connect to the machine and it shows up as a device but Vista doesn’t add it to Sync Center.   Does anybody have this working in RC1?   I seem to remember that in Beta...
