Installing Windows with Additional Drivers and no Floppy drive

Ah hardware - my favorite subject <g>. I can't remember the last time I had to think about hardware when installing a machine, but today I ran into this:   I just bought a new monster 400 gig drive for my desktop server that I use for testing. Rather than using the ever so slow Virtual PC I figure I can build a bunch of separate partitions onto this box and use it as my 'virtual' PC.   Ok fine and good, but I can't figure out how to get the Serial ATA interface to be recognized...
