nVidia Vista Drivers and Dual Monitor Support

Ah the fun of it all. A few days ago I got my laptop back with a new video card and things have been pretty much back to normal. All except one thing: The machine doesnt want to work in dual monitor mode anymore in Vista   Ive installed about 10 different NVidia Vista drivers including drivers that previously worked but nothing gets my dual monitor display to work.
