Update to the ASP.NET Web Site Configuration Utility

I spent a little time today cleaning up a few rough edges on my free ASP.NET Web Site configuration tool, which can be used to create a virtual directory on a site quickly, setting the appropriate permissions and optionally configure a VS.NET 1.1 solution file as well as MSDE configuration.   All options can be site prior to shipping the application, which are then used as defaults, and the various operations can be turned on or off in the configuration file.
