Microsoft has released the Visual Studio Web Deployment Projects that I’ve mentioned several times here in the last couple of months (tool info and some of the issues: here and here) . Well, it’s here and it looks impressive in that it addresses the core set of deployment issues.
Because I’m traveling I haven’t had a lot of time to look at it closely and try it out on my live site, but from setting up the deploy project and building in a few configurations it looks...
