Using AppBarButton in Windows 8.1

In a previous post I talked about removing the dependency on StandardStyles.xaml from your Windows 8.1 projects. One of those tips noted that a popular use of the styles in that helper file was the AppBarButton styles and the roughly 200 different glyphs used for AppBarButtons.
