CacheAdapter minor update to version 2.5.1

My cache adapter library has been updated to version 2.5.1. This one contains only minor changes which are:
- Use of the Windows Azure Nuget package instead of the assemblies directly referenced.
- Use of the Put verb instead of Add when using AppFabric to prevent errors when calling Add more than once.
- Minor updates to the example code to make it clearer that the code is indeed working as expected.
Thanks to contributor Darren Boon for forking and providing the Azure updates for this release.
