Commercial LED cubes have been around for a while now and can be quite large and capable of some interesting displays. This project is on a smaller scale and goes through the steps required to build a Netduino Mini-controlled 512 LED cube (8 x 8 x 8).Clearly, the Mini does not have 512 pins and so we use Persistence of Vision to control the LEDs in the cube.
