Write Atomic Transactions in .NET

ACID theory is familiar to many programmers.  Those who work on Operating System design concern about it everyday. Most important aspect of ACID is Atomic transactions.  But what's an Atomic transaction?  The best way to describe it is a famous common example: a bank accounting system. Consider that bank A and bank B want to interact with someone's account on same time.  Both banks want to withdraw from account and account has $10.00 currently.  If bank A gets $7.00...
