A while back I started working with the Microsoft Virtual Labs team to explore the possibility of turning their labs into videos that customers could watch BEFORE doing the labs. The video version can contextualize the labs and provide for a Watch Before You Do opportunity as well as serve as reference in case users need a playback during the actual lab exercise.
