WF Performance Test Sample: SimpleStateMachineWorkflow

As promised, here I attach the sample code for the SimpleStateMachineWorkflow performance test. It is not the same one that is used for the whitepaper (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Aa973808.aspx). But the testing logic is very close. If you find any significant disparity between the numbers that you get and those posted in the whitepaper, please let me know....
