Updated Windows Installer

We have released a new Mono Windows installer, this version comes with a number of updates to the Mono framework. We now bundle: Gtk# 2.8, based on the vector-based Cairo Graphics system. Many of the new Gnome components are supported as well on Windows. MonoDoc is now included as part of the distribution. The new installer is available in our downloads page....
