Great News! I talked with the folks at the Kalahari Resort today and were able to extend the $159 a night rooms for TechBash for now. But, were not sure how long this discount will continue so before theyre gone, we recommend that you book today.

What this means is that on Wednesday, September 28th and Thursday, September 29th, you can stay at the Kalahari Resort for $159 each night plus tax -- which means that for both nights, you can stay, tax included, for under $350. This deal is for a Desert room that includes 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. It also includes the Kalahari waterpark wristband for everyone staying in your room.

To book your room, you have two options:

Option 1 Book Wednesday and Thursday Online

To book your room online, visit Use the group booking ID 366. Be sure to click on the Get Dates button so that the room column (in the center) is updated. You must choose the desert room in this column. If youd like to book a larger room, we recommend following option 2. Remember, you can only use the online method for Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Option 2 Call Toll Free to Book for Other Nights or Other Room Types

To book your room by calling, dial 1-855-356-9208. Youll have a total of three prompts. For the first prompt, choose option 3 to choose the Kalahari Pocono property. For the second prompt, choose option 2 to choose the option for booking a room that is associated with a conference. Finally, for the third prompt, choose option 1 to book a new reservation. When you speak to someone, make sure you mention that youre attending TechBash 2016 to get the best rate possible.

Note: While not guaranteed, we also have better rates for rooms other than the Desert room.
