... where should I find the AjaxData Gridview? It's not in my toolbox?

Outstanding performance. Full ASP.NET AJAX support. Nearly codeless development.

Right mouse click on the toolbox and add a new tab. In that new tab right mouse click again and select Choose items, browse to the AjaxDataControls.dll and add it and press OK. This should add all ADC control to the new tab that you created. Once its there, you can drag/drop them to your webforms.
