Ajax Futures Preview 4 is available by sonu

I just saw on Bertrands blog (via DotNetSlackers), that the Ajax Futures Preview 1 is available. It also includes client-side template rendering. I have been waiting to try that feature out to see how it differs from the AjaxDataControls project here...
