Determining 1.0 Release
From the estimates determined previously, the stories selected are the "Create Tasks
that are one time/recurring", "tasks can be deleted", "tasks can be
sorted", and "tasks can be deferred". These will be comprised of the first set of iterations, which
will be assigned to the developers, to work in three-week iterations, and completed for the 1.0 release.
Additionally,
delays in determining the requirements weren't needed because the
developers were confident in the steps they are taking for these steps.
Maybe that is an oversight or even pride; however, they do seem like they are easy
enough. No spikes were needed at the beginning of development. So we
will begin our testing, determining the assumptions of the application
and getting a feel for what this application will do. The choice of tool for development of this is NUnit, a popular testing tool available at:
