Don't Turn Your Resume into a Dumpster

I am dismayed by the quality of resumes we receive. Below are some of my observations and suggestions to help you cut through the clutter. One resume to rule them all I believe you should have several resumes. Each job opening is unique, therefore it makes no sense to apply with the same resume. It surely helps to see what you’ve done in the past. However, when I look for a web developer with thorough understanding of ASP.NET and see a mish-mash of WinForms, rich clients, C++, web, etc,...
