Congrats for the next official version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX! It is live and you can download it now. Or check the release notes and the live demos first.
If you tried Teleriks ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2012 Beta you are already familiar with most of the new stuff coming with the Q1 2012 release. Still, there are some more features that are worth highlighting:
Column Reorder for RadTreeList Having column reorder in addition to column resizing and show/hide as well as scrolling and keyboard navigation makes a full set of client-side features a bound control like a treelist needs. See Demos
Comments for RadEditor Though RadEditor is quite mature, with all the utilities it provides for manipulating text content, we will not stop enhancing it and adding everything else you need. We have now added the ability for the end users to add comments to the editor content. See Demos
Cell selection for RadGrid Another highly desired feature comes for RadGrid with this release. Now you can give your users the ability to select single or multiple cells or columns, either with the keyboard, the mouse, or both. See Demos
OData binding support for RadScheduler With this addition, all bound controls in the AJAX suite that support client-side databinding can now bind to OData services. See Demos
Two last things to mention. This release officially marks the support for Firefox 10.And as always, having your applications' performance in mind, we introduce CSS minification.
