Wow--how awesome is that  DNN 4.0 is available today, with ASP.NET 2.0 support.  And, DNN 3.2 is also available, compatible with ASP.NET 1.1.  Both versions also include AJAX support and Windows/Active Directory authentication, and will be developed in parallel in the near future.  Full press release at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/About/NewsRoom/MediaReleases/DotNetNuke3240NowAvailable/tabid/886/Default.aspx.

Also,  the DNN Blog Module has been released.  I messed with it in an early Beta, and it was OK, but I haven't seen it lately.  More info on that at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspxtabid=842.

These guys are unbelievable.
